Reservation & Payment Policy
Alpha Executive Transport, LLC
Deposits & Payments
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm all reservations.
- The remaining balance is charged 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- Reservations made within 48 hours service require full payment at time of booking.
- Failure to provide payment may result in reservation cancellation.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of service are non-refundable.
- No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of pickup will be charged the full trip amount.
Payment Methods
- We accept all major credit cards and digital payments.
- Corporate accounts may request monthly invoicing after approval.
Special Events & Peak Dates
- During high-demand periods (e.g. major events, holidays, weddings), Alpha Executive Transport, LLC may require full payment at booking and apply adjusted cancellation terms.
Additional Charges
- Wait Time (after 15 minute grace. Airport 45 minute grace) – $1.75/minute
- 30 Minute Maximum Wait Time. 60 minutes for airport. Wait time beyond listed wait times may result in trip cancellation and will be charged in full.
- Late-Night Surcharge (Applies between 10:00PM – 5:00AM based on pickup time) – +20%.
- Holiday Surcharge – +25%
- Smoking (prohibited) , excessive spills, illness or damage may result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
Tips
- A 20% gratuity is automatically added ro all reservations for the chauffeur.
- Additional gratuity is optional and may be provided at the client’s discretion.
- Drivers receive 100% of gratuities.
